Tell us what you are building. We will tell you what we think.
Send this and a senior engineer reads it, not a sales inbox. You will get a reply within one business day with an actual opinion in it, including when our honest view is that you should do something other than hire us.

What happens next
After you press send.
No sequence of nurture emails, no calendar invitation from someone whose job title contains the word growth. This is the whole process, and it is the same whatever the size of the project.
-
Within 1 business day
An engineer replies
Someone who could work on this reads what you sent and replies with questions, an initial view, or a straight answer that we are not the right firm for it.
-
Next
A 45-minute call
We talk about the problem rather than presenting credentials. Bring whoever knows why the current system is the way it is. There is no deck.
-
Within a week
A written approach
How we would build it, in what order, with a cost and time range and the assumptions those depend on. Plainly enough to forward to a board.
-
When you are ready
A fixed proposal
Scope, price and milestones in writing, with the like-for-like comparison against what conventional delivery would cost you.

What to include
- What the software has to do, in plain language
- What already exists, including the parts you dislike
- The date that matters, and why it matters
- Anything that would rule an approach out
Ask for the comparison in writing.
Those figures are indicative, not a guarantee. The real test is your project. Send us a quote you have already had, or your own internal estimate, and we will come back with a like-for-like scope, price and timeline against it. If we cannot beat it meaningfully, we will say so rather than shave the scope until the number works.
Before you write
Questions people ask first.
How quickly will somebody reply?
Within one business day, from an engineer who has read what you sent. Not an acknowledgement from a sales inbox followed by a call to qualify you.
Will I be speaking to a salesperson?
No. The first conversation is with someone who would work on the project or who runs the team that would. If we are not the right firm for it, that becomes clear faster this way.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, routinely, and we can sign yours before the first call rather than after it. If you would rather send one over first, that is completely fine.
What if I do not know the budget yet?
Leave it blank. It helps us shape a sensible proposal when you do know, but plenty of good projects start with an unclear number and a clear problem.
Is there a minimum project size?
Not formally. A short, well-defined review is as welcome as a long build. What we cannot do well is a few hours a month, and we will say so rather than take it on badly.
Which timezones do you cover?
Our team works from Denver and Lahore, which between them overlap with US and European working hours. Tell us where your team sits and we will tell you honestly what daily contact looks like.
What does the 5x faster, one-fifth cost comparison mean?
It is an indicative comparison with a conventional engineering team, not a quote or a guarantee. The gain is largest where AI removes repetitive engineering work. Your fixed proposal shows the like-for-like comparison for your project, and if we cannot beat it meaningfully, we decline.
