Before working with Brilliant Systems , I had meetings with multiple suppliers. I noticed these companies had an old-school approach to design, and the outcome wasn’t outstanding and didn’t meet my expectations.

I also work with a different design company that always asks what I want instead of providing suggestions. However, sometimes customers don’t know what they want. This company works based on my suggestions, and if I change my idea, they need to change the design model and charge more. Brilliant Systems’s team is very creative and provides good design suggestions.

Brilliant Systems utilized Active Collab, which was easy to follow along with updates and communicate with team members. Our project lead always communicated timelines to us to keep us on track. This was a heavy lift for our organization due to time constraints, and always having a project manager available and willing to work with us helped immensely.

We had bi-weekly meetings to stay on track and Aiffity worked within Ball Aerospace’s existing project management software to manage releases, tickets, and communicate with various Ball Aerospace employees throughout development. Brilliant Systems team has been absolutely top-notch and managed whole project within time and so precisely.

Brilliant Systems has helped us develop our custom software system. Before we signed the contract, we had initial pre-sales meetings, during which I provided them with documentation. We also signed an NDA so that they could look at everything I provided. Then, Brilliant Systems came back with an in-depth project proposal of about 50 pages. Once we signed the contract, we had a kick-off sprint week, during which six of Brilliant Systems’ employees and I met every day to define the process and how everything would look. As for the technology stack, we’re using React.js, Python, and Django to create this software piece. Moreover, our whole backend is hosted in AWS. In addition to the development work, Brilliant Systems has also assisted with our marketing, providing us with resources from Figma to support our pre-sales and pre-market efforts. They’ve also provided us with demo materials to build our pre-sales items.
