This project went great. Brilliant System’s team was fantastic at responding to our needs immediately, always staying on top of things. They kept track of every detail using a centralized Gantt chart, which made it easy for everyone to follow along and stay aligned.
Their project management was excellent; they consistently delivered items on time and were incredibly proactive in addressing any concerns or changes we had. It was clear that they were dedicated to making sure everything was perfect, and they really made the process smooth and efficient.
